EPS Concrete Block is a prefabricated construction material that combines expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam with concrete mixes. The EPS foam, also known as expandable polystyrene or cement expanded polystyrene (CEPS), is used as a lightweight insulation material within the concrete mix. This creates a panel or block with improved thermal performance, making it a practical choice for building energy-efficient prefabricated houses and other structures.
 

In the panel production line, the raw materials for EPS Concrete Block are mixed and poured into molds to form the desired shape. The foam is first expanded through a chemical reaction and then mixed with cement and other ingredients to create the concrete mix. The mix is then poured into the mold and allowed to cure, forming the EPS Concrete Block.
