ZJT Lightweight, non-load bearing precast wall panel, composed of calcium silicate cement board with a mixture of cement, expanded polystyrene (EPS), and sand, bonded together using technical additives.
It reduces the five steps used in conventional frame construction into one simple system providing structure, insulation, vapor barriers, and firewalls.

 

• Light weight: 600-700kg/m3, only about 30% of traditional concrete bricks. Can reduce the weight of building and costs of construction.
• Thermal insulation: EPS particle is a perfect insulated lightweight concrete filler.
• Fireproof performance:  the EPS wall panel is non-burning, and according to the testing, it is reasonable fireproof materials, for the 90mm thickness wall panel, the fireproof performance can be more 3 hours.
• Soundproofing: As EPS wall panel is using EPS as core, it has good sound insulation and air aspiration, which is more than 40 dB sound insulation.
