Installation Instructions
1.Grass-roots cleaning
Clean up the grassroots that needs to be constructed, and the mortar or concrete protruding from the wall must be cleaned with tools to facilitate the construction of the next sandwich wall panel.
2. Elastic line bin
Perform the elastic line operation on the ground and the appropriate position of the wall surface to ensure that the installed sandwich wall panel can be horizontal and vertical. Position and grade the edges of the partition wall and the edges of the doors and windows, and then select the plates with the same specifications according to the dividing lines.
3.Sizing preparation
Cut the sandwich wall panel as needed, pay attention to adjust the width and length of the sandwich wall panel to minimize unnecessary losses. Then mix cement and medium sand in a ratio of 1: 2, and then add building glue to prepare a paste. When sizing, first use the water to paint the uneven grooves of the partition board, and then apply the polymer mortar to the uneven grooves of the partition board and the baseline of the floor.
4.Install wall panels
Move the sandwich wall panel to the position where it needs to be installed, stand it up, and align it up and down with the baseline. Use a shovel to pry the partition board from the bottom of it, and then press the board firmly against the board. , Make the mortar overflow from the joint, and then temporarily fix it with a wooden wedge, check the flatness and verticality of the partition wall board. After the inspection is completed, the connecting part between the wall panel and the wall panel needs to be fixed with a special steel bar at an angle of 45 downwards.
5. Grouting construction
After the sandwich wall panel is installed and calibrated, it is filled with cement mortar with a mix ratio of 1: 2 and the building glue is blended. The upper and lower gaps of the wall board and the joints between the boards must be used as much as possible mortar to fill. In the process of grouting, if you want to bury a concealed pipeline or a switch box in the wall, you can use mortar to fill it after the installation is complete.
6.Finishing
If you want to install a door frame on a lightweight partition wall, you can use a splint to cover the door directly on the wall panel, fix it with iron nails, and then use a decorative panel for the cover. Finally, the surface of the partition wall is coated with paint. You can also choose to paste your favorite porcelain to achieve certain aesthetic requirements.
