EPS cement sandwich panels, also known as Expanded Polystyrene Cement Sandwich Panels, are composite building materials. They consist of two outer layers of cement - based panels and an inner layer of EPS foam. The cement layers are made from a mixture of Portland cement, aggregates, and additives, providing strength and durability. The EPS core, created by expanding polystyrene resin, offers excellent insulation properties. These panels typically have dimensions with thicknesses ranging from 60mm to 200mm, widths around 600 - 1200mm, and lengths up to 3000mm or more. They are widely used in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings for walls and roofs.
Application Scenarios
Residential Buildings: It is widely used in the construction of exterior walls and interior partitions of residential buildings to improve the thermal insulation and sound insulation performance of the house.

Thermal Insulation Performance
