ZJT Lightweight Composed Energy-saving Sandwich Wall Panel is composed of face panel and interior filling.The material of face material is 5mm calcium silicate board,and the ,middle  is filled with lightweight composite core materials,including cement,EPS and fly ash.



Lightweight partition wall panels can be used to make soundproof wall panels and used as fire partition walls. 1. Lightweight partition wall board has a good sound insulation effect, its sound insulation volume is ≥42DB, there is no problem in our home use and KTV room use. 2. At the same time, the lightweight partition board also has good fire and heat insulation characteristics. It has a national testing level A for burning performance and a fire resistance limit of ≥ 3 hours. Therefore, the lightweight partition board can be used as a fire partition wall. 

Product Features

1. Light weight: The raw materials are light aggregate and fly ash. The heavy raw materials such as reinforced concrete and sandstone have the characteristics of light weight, which is only 1/16 of the quality of the brick-concrete structure, which can greatly reduce the structure of the building. Longitudinal load reduces the building's own weight and reduces the construction cost.

2. Insulation: Since the wallboard is made of polystyrene foam board as the core insulation material, the insulation performance is extremely superior to the building energy-saving design standard of the Ministry of Construction, and it ranks first in the domestic similar products.

3. Impermeability: The water absorption rate of the new wallboard is only 3.3%, which has reached the international advanced level in the same industry.
