Product Description

The product can replace construction materials like red brick,clay solid brick, color-coated steel sandwich board,gypsum block,wire spatial grid structure perlite board,perlite poroum board, etc.It can widely be applied to wall materials of various high and low building, such as: bank, office building, hospital, school, hotel, mall, amusement hall, active barrack, old house reconstruction, residence and workshop.


EPS concrete SIP (EPS concrete Structural Insulated Panel) is a composite building material. They consist of a sandwich of two layers of structural board with a mixed insulating material in between. Panel skins are Calcium silicate boards. Insulation core is mixed material consist of Expanded Polystyrene(EPS) beads& cement or ceramsite. With cement, EPS, fly ash as fillers and compound at one time. The product can replace construction materials like red brick, clay solid brick, air brick, color-coated steel sandwich board, gypsum block, wire spatial grid structure perlite board, perlite porous board etc.
