EPS cement sandwich wall panel is a new type of environmentally friendly building materials, with the advantages of fire prevention, heat preservation, sound insulation, durability and so on, which is widely used in construction projects. Here we introduce the production process of EPS cement sandwich wall panels.
First of all, the raw materials for the production of EPS cement sandwich wall panels mainly include cement, EPS particles, gypsum, kaolin and a variety of additives. These raw materials are first mixed precisely according to the formula proportion to make the mixture.
Then, the mixture is poured into the EPS cement sandwich wallboard production line, and extruded into boards of specified thickness and length by high-pressure extruder, and then cut into required specifications by automatic cutting machine.
After the cutting is completed, the EPS cement sandwich wall panels are subjected to water vapor conservation treatment to form a certain degree of hardness and strength. Finally, the wall panels are given a surface treatment, with some needing to be perforated or opened, while others need to be flattened to suit different design needs.
Throughout the production process, we strictly abide by the relevant standards and regulations, and use safe and environmentally friendly raw materials to ensure that the products it produces meet the standards and meet the requirements and expectations of users.

Step1: Alignment:Setting the base line of the installation position according the thickness of the wall panel.
Then putting the panels to the corrected position.
Step2: Sawing wall panel: Using a professional installation size, in accordance with the proportion add water to
turn into the pulpous state, using water brush wet for the wallboard of Waffle Blade, after applying in the
groove of wallboard, joint of floor and beam column.
Step3: Plastering the cement mortar: Before fixing the wall panel, clearing the dust firstly and then plastering the
cement mortar in concave and the joints.
Step4: Calibrating: After finishing to fix the wall panel, using the crowbar to calibrate the right position.
Step5: Adjustment : After calibrating sticking two steel bars to the wall panel fix except the wood wedges.
Step6: Filling joints: After the installation and adjustment, clearing the spilled mortar and using the steel to fill the
joints the depth 4-5mm.
Step7: After installation for a week taking out of the wood wedges and plastering the mortar on the joints.
Packaging Details:
