The full name is Expanded Polystyrene Cement Sandwich Panel, usually abbreviated as EPS cement sandwich panel.
EPS cement sandwich panel is a composite building material that consists of two outer layers of cement-based panels and a middle layer of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam. The three layers are combined into one through special processes to form a unified structure with specific performance characteristics.
1) Dosage: Theoretical consumption value: 1-1.5 kg/m2 (putty thickness 1 mm).
2) Mixing: The water required is based on the construction consistence required. After mixing evenly, place for 10 minutes and then mixing again when you apply.
3) Surface treatment: The wall surface should be solid and without ash and dirt, and the water content of the wall surface should be less than 5%.
4) Interface Treatment: If the wall surface is smooth or a new-type building material, such as gypsum partition board, polystyrene board, paper-faced gypsum board, etc., an interface agent should be used for interface treatment.
5) Leveling: Leveling of putty powder should be done in a semi-dry state (lightly pressed by hand without deformation). After curing, leveling with emery cloth is possible.

7) Construction temperature: Above 5ºC, the curing process temperature is not lower than 0ºC.

6. Thermal insulation
