1) Dosage: Theoretical consumption value: 1-1.5 kg/m2 (putty thickness 1 mm).
2) Mixing: The water required is based on the construction consistence required. After mixing evenly, place for 10 minutes and then mixing again when you apply.
3) Surface treatment: The wall surface should be solid and without ash and dirt, and the water content of the wall surface should be less than 5%.
4) Interface Treatment: If the wall surface is smooth or a new-type building material, such as gypsum partition board, polystyrene board, paper-faced gypsum board, etc., an interface agent should be used for interface treatment.
5) Leveling: Leveling of putty powder should be done in a semi-dry state (lightly pressed by hand without deformation). After curing, leveling with emery cloth is possible.

7) Construction temperature: Above 5ºC, the curing process temperature is not lower than 0ºC.
8) Storage and transportation: Store in a cool and dry place with a shelf life of 6 months. The product is non-toxic and non-flammable, and storage and transportation can be handled in accordance with the "Non-Dangerous Goods Rules".

2,Cement Adhesive
The cement adhesive is mainly made from the normal Portland cement, mixed with anti-crack materials and some polymer and related additives by the predry mixing technique, the finishes appear as powder.
It can be used for connection of wall panel gap. It has good anti-crack performance for the gap of two wall panel.
3,Anti-crack Tape
Performance: excellent capacity of anti-cracking, thin, soft, easy connecting, durable, environment-friendly product. It is the best stitching and decorative product for the gypsum board, plywood board and other wall board.

Usage: Clean off dust in the gap between two panels. Pasting glue on the gap, then stick the anti-crack tape on the gap.
4,Fiberglass Mesh Cloth
Fiberglass mesh cloth is made of the fiberglass woven fabric as the substrate, with high seed emulsion immersion resistance coating. It has good alkali resistance, flexibility and latitude to high tensile resistance, can be widely used for heat prevention for both inside and outside wall insulation, waterproof, anti-cracking etc.
