High Strength Interior Exterior EPS Cement Compound Wall Panel

 

 1. Composition: calcium silicate board as face panel on both sides, cement and EPS polystyrene form as core.

 

2. Optional sizes: We can also offer panels with length 2270/2440/3000mm for optional, and thickness 50/75/90/100/120/150/180/200mm for optional

5. Installation Steps:

 

a. Setting the line and carrying the wall panel to the correct deposition.
 
b. Sawing the wall panel according to the wall size.
 
c. Sizing: Connect the wall panel and paste the cement adhesive in the wall panel connection space.
 
d. Correction: Use the gavelock to measure if the wall aligned.
 
e. Stick anti-crack tape: After the wall panel dried, stick anti-crack tape on the wall panel connection.
 
f. Grooving the gap in the wall panel for waterpipe and electric-wire.
 
g. Installation door and window.
 
h. Wall face decoration.
