Introduce:
ZJT Specific Mortar is a one-component product which made from special kind of
polymer & related additives and anti-crack material. Mix the anti-crack mortar with
water into a paste in a ratio when using, it has excellent crack resistant performance
after cured. And it is enviroment friendly, easy to work, cost low, is a optimization
product of building project.
Performance Feature
polymer anti-crack mortar powder is mainly used in powder polystyrene particles,
inorganic insulation mortar, foam concrete external wall thermal insulation system,
the type with alkali grid cloth protecting enhance the effect of heat preservation
system. Its good crack resistance and impact resistance of hydrophobic ensures the
safety performance and service life of the insulation system.
Direction For Use
1. This product with clean water into a thick paste, water cement ratio of 0.22:1
should be used up within 2 hours after mixing.
2. Two plaster interval shall not be less than 24 hours, such as high degree of dry
before plaster matrix to be water wet.
3. Usage: such as hang embedded alkali grid cloth materials 5-6 kg per square meter,
such as hanging embedded hot dipped wire mesh per square dosage 8 to 10 kg.
MiX INSTRUCTIONSING
Mix ratio: ZJT Specific Mortar should be mixed on site with water
in the ratio of approximately 4 parts ZJT Specific Mortar to 1 part
water by weight, just add water, any cement, sand or additives are not allowed to add.
Method : mixing with a low speed mixer for 3-5 minutes. Allow the material to
stand for 2 ~ 3 minutes, remix and use. Mix only enough material for immediate use.
