Introduction of EPS Wall Sandwich Panel

Compound lightweight heat preserving wall panel (with cement board), a kind of high quality wall material, is widely used in high building. The compound lightweight wall panel is firmly combined by high composition enhanced fiber cement board and lightweight aggregate concrete core body. Compared by other wall materials, it has performance such as solid/hollow, lightweight, laminose, high strength, impact-resistant, high hanging strength, adiabatic, sound insulation, fireproof, waterproof, dry operation, easy cutting and simple, fast construction; it also has other incomparable advantage: it can be notched arbitrarily, and also protects the environment. We can enhance the work efficiency of construction by using this wall panel instead of the traditional construction materials. Moreover, it also helps to reduce the occupied area of wall and increase residential room at the same time, to reduce the load of the house structure, to enhance the aseismatic capacity and safety performance, to reduce the cost. It is widely used as the non-load-bearing interior and external wall of buildings. It is a new breakthrough of the innovation of wall material.

 

 

Advantages of EPS Wall Sandwich Panel

1. Lightweight: weight of this wall panel is only 1/7 of the solid brick block which has the same size to it, thus to reduce the weight of buildings and lessen the load of the construction foundation.

5. Unique construction joints between wall panels: Make sure that the wall is leveled off and vertical when seaming wall panels during the construction; meanwhile, the convexity and concave of the joints enlarge the contact area, which enhances the stiffness and complete strength of the wall.

6. The face board of this wall panel is made from fiber reinforced cement board, calcium silicate board or other construction boards. It is a decorative wallboard which needn't to be plastered; we can dope and stick decoration to the wall directly.

7. The thickness of the wallboard is reduced so it enlarges the usable area of the building.

8. Adopt industry waste as material, so it can receives preferential policy of duty.
