What is sandwich cement wall panel?

The Sandwich panel is made from the unique foam concrete board, new patented product. It has the feature of Fireproof, Waterproof, Heat Insulation, and Sound Insulation.

Features:

Fireproof -- the two side faces of the wall panel  are the fiber cement wall panel panel. They do well in the fire resistance. The fireproof rate is 3~4hours.

Sound Insulation --the main core materials are the cement and eps foam. The have the perfect performence of sound insulation. The sound insulation capacity is in the air   is 35~45dB.

Light weight--Compared to the traditional brick wall materials, it has the lighter weight.And it is convenient and easy to transport and install to reduce the cost and lower the difficulty of construction work.

Anti-impact--the wall panel has the  Concave and Convex chamfer.It will make the whole structure of construction strong.

Easy & Fast to Install--it is easy  and fast to install.One person can finish 15m2/day and two persons are enough to carry one big panel. You can save more labor cost and working time.

Strong Hanging Force--The hanging force of our wall panel is about 50kg.It can bear the TV,airconditions and so on.

Moistureproof&Heat Insulation--the wall panel is composed of three layers:two firber cement board and eps foam core.With low heat conductivity, it has the prominate feature of moisture proof  and heat                                                       
 
Can be slotted-- the wall panel could be slotted to put pipes and bury electric wires.
