Information of Sandwich Insulated Panel
EPS sandwich panel is a new generation of high-performance wall panels produced by industrialization. It is composed of a variety of raw materials such as portland cement, sand and fly ash and replaces traditional bricks and hollow blocks. It has the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving and pollution-free, lightweight earthquake resistance, fire prevention, heat insulation, sound insulation and fast construction.
EPS sandwich panel has its own three-in-one structure, which has light weight and high strength. It adopts assembly construction. The wall panel is interlocked with the wall panel to form a whole, and its impact resistance is better than ordinary masonry. It is anchored by the steel member method. Advantages of Sandwich Insulated Panel

1. Heat Insulation and Preservation
The major material is polystyrene grains and other anti-freezing and heat preserving environmental protection materials, which can adjust the indoor temperature at a constant range to achieve the effects of ecological adjustment.

The face panel of energy-saving boards on both side are 5mm calcium silicate fireproof board and the main materials are the mixture of cement, sand, fly ash, etc.
