1. High shock resistance
Staggered angle clips mounted to the panel allow for each panel to be installed and adjusted individually. Its resistance to shock and bending is far more superior to the traditional materials, like marble and ceramics. It is suited for use in high and wide-spanning wall.
2. Convenient for construction
Compared with the traditional building materials, this composite board is characterized by its great flexibility during application. It can be nailed, hung and the loading capability for one single point is up to 50 kg. Therefore, it is easy to work with and fix, which will definitely lower the cost of construction.
3. Maximize the floor space
The thickness of traditional brick wall lies between 120 to 140 mm. If applying the 120mm bricks in a 100 m2 floor space, only 95.3 m2 of the space would be left in use. Whereas, with the composite wall panels, of only 50 mm thickness (the thickness can be customized between 50 mm to 150 mm), the floor space can be maximized to 98 m2.
4. Thermal insulation
This panel is coated by the Bestin Board of 4 to 6 mm on both sides, in between there is a mixture of the fire-resistant thermal-insulated materials and foam cement. The Bestin Board itself has excellent thermal insulation capability, with an extra thermal-insulated material adding to it, this results in a particularly high thermal insulation capability of the composite board.
5.Acoustic insulation
The multi-layers of materials of the composite panel make the sound waves not easy to transmit through the panel. Therefore, compared with the traditional brick wall, the acoustic insulation performance of the panel is more ideal.
6. Non-combustible
The panel is non-combustible when tested in accordance with the GB 8624-2006 standard, Grade A1. This panel is highly resistant to fire, such that smoke or toxic fume would not be generated in case of fire, which insures the safety of the consumers.
7. Water and moisture resistance
ProducpWw1. WWThe water resistance of the calcium silicate board is outstanding, and it will not swell or degrade in wet and humid conditions, such as bathrooms. The solid crystal structure of the material would not transform with the surrounding moisture condition. With the water absorption rate lower than 40%, this panel will absorb water in humid environment, but emit water in dry conditions, in order to balance the humidity of the indoor environment.
